The School Eco Council are very excited to announce:


Pre-Loved Uniform Sale


Next sale is Friday 6th February 2026 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm.


Located outside of the Main Entrance of the school.


We are kindly asking for monetary donations for the pre-loved uniform, and there will be a donation tin alongside the sale. Please place your donations in the tin, thank you.


We will send a reminder out before the event.


We hope that you like the pre-loved uniform sales and we look forward to seeing you on Friday 6th February 2026 from 3:00pm.

 Teaching / SEN Assistant – Ref:TA30/26

 

30 hours per week – 08:30 - 3:30 – Monday to Friday (possible flexibility in hours)

Fixed Term Contract - Term time only(38 weeks per year)

Grade C-E, points 3-5 £24,796-£25,583 FTE (dependent on experience)

 

Kingsthorpe village primary is a popular one form entry school, who again received a Good from Ofsted in October 2021. KVPS is a forward thinking, innovative village primary school with 206 children on roll. The children and staff are highly motivated to learn and a joy to spend time with.  Our three school drivers are, initiative, the arts and wellbeing and the school prides itself on its support for the children and all of its staff.

 

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic person to work with our wonderful pupils.  The role will involve working with groups of children, organising and preparing resources for the class teacher and administrative duties to support teaching and learning. There will also be some work required with groups of SEN children.

 

The ideal applicant must have an excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent), Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential, and preferably, experience of working with children.
