SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY

 

Permanent Contract, Term time plus two weeks, 40 weeks per year.

Hours per week 33.75 – Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 15:45pm.

(there is some flexibility for the right candidate)

Grade F, scale point 6-7 £23,893-£24,294 FTE (actual £15,780 - £16,096)

 

Do you already work in a school office? Do you like taking responsibility? Are you a team player? Do you like a fast paced and varied working environment?

 

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator in our busy school office.

 

We require a highly motivated, highly organised, experienced administrator to join our team. Ideally, you will have:

·        Relevant school experience including the use of SIMS.

·        ICT skills including experience of Word/Excel/manipulation of data.

·        Experience of managing and developing data systems.

·        Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

·        Appropriate level of data protection, security, confidentiality and safeguarding awareness.

·        Appropriate level of literacy and numeracy, with excellent communication skills
